Had a blast yesterday day dreaming and driving bush looking for the perfect block of land for our DREAM HOUSE and my DREAM STUDIO! I'm willing it to happen sooner than we expect and as every crafty person in need I've mapped and designed it all out in my head already too! Will keep you posted with potential possi pics.....

MOnStEr MaSh - Crazy Critter Softies and Toys
Monster Mash is a new range from Hey Stella! featuring creepy critters to love or to hate, to snuggle with or shoot daggers at. Each little meanie has unique hand painted and hand sewn characteristics and no two are the same.
All items at Hey Stella! are handmade with a quirky mix of high quality new, vintage, second hand, and collected materials with great care and pride in a smoke-free environment. Imperfections are celebrated in our world, and we hope to offer pretty things to people who celebrate them in their world too!

BUYING ART
The first rule to buying art is to buy what you love. Maybe a piece matches your couch or compliments your decorating theme but matchy-matchy is stale. Choose artwork that takes on a life of its own, that makes a bold statement, or that you are simply instantly drawn to. Hey Stella! creates art with flavour and fervour – boring is not in our vocabulary!
But make sure it's original! There is nothing more depressing than seeing the piece you thought was ‘completely unique’ and ‘one off’ for half price in your local department store. The fine art marketplace can be complicated unless you take the time to truly discover the Art World and open your mind to the vast variety that is available. Only then can you define your preferences and make informed selections for your collection.
Shopping for art is like shopping for any other product – shop around for the best quality and the best value for money. You can deal with a dealer, go to a gallery, or click into the new frontier of collecting and buy art over the internet. From the comfort of your home you can research the artist, evaluate the art in terms of its basic physical characteristics and view Certificates of Authenticity and Appraisals.
